Notice for a lost set of BIR forms on registration for the transfer of real properties

The Bureau of Internal Revenue announces a set of missing BIR Forms involving the transfer of Real Properties.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has lost one (1) set of already used/filled-up, but unissued BIR Form No. 2313-R. The set was declared missing through the bureau’s BIR Revenue Memorandum Order No. 128-2022, released on September 7, 2022.

The RMC clarifies that the missing set contains the following serial number:

Furthermore, it’s intended for the Electronic Certification Authorizing Registration for transactions involving the transfer of Real Properties.

The lost set was reported by chief revenue officer II, Miss Erna V. Castor of Revenue Office No. 76 at Bacolod City. The form has since been cancelled, and any official transactions involving its use are considered INVALID.

Revenue officials and other concerned employees are keeping a lookout and taking necessary preventive measures to ensure that no fraudulent dispositions or improper actions are done with the missing forms.
